4. Book Exchange Guidelines

Kitaabey acts solely as an intermediary community platform to facilitate exchange services between two users without any fees and does not guarantee the condition, delivery, or quality of exchanged books. Disputes should be reported promptly via designated channels and Kitaabey may look into those disputes and take required measures as that may need.
Ensure you clarify all your doubts from book owner before you finalize the book for exchange purpose and Kitaabey will not be responsible in any way for any damaged or loss to any of the registered users because of this exchange transaction.
5. Book Points System
Kitaabey operates a virtual points system intended solely for facilitating book exchanges. Points have no monetary value and are non-transferable. Kitaabey reserves the right to modify or terminate the points system at any time, with notification. Upon termination of your account or the service, points will be forfeited without compensation.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam or send unsolicited messages

Termination results in forfeiture of all earned points.

By using the platform, users consent to the display of such ads. Kitaabey does not endorse these advertisements and is not responsible for any third-party content or claims.
11. Changes to Terms
